- Mental Health First Response (MHFR) training

- Training and development programs
- Wellbeing guidelines and resources
- Psychometric testing services
3. Service Agreements
Specific terms for each service will be detailed in separate service agreements or contracts. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any specific service agreements.
4. Eligibility
Our services are available to:
- Organizations seeking corporate wellness solutions
- Employees accessing services through employer-sponsored programs
- Individuals aged 18 and over (or with parental consent for minors)
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Respect the confidentiality of other service users
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not misuse or interfere with our services
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality standards in accordance with professional codes of conduct and data protection laws. However, we may disclose information when:

- Necessary to protect the safety of the individual or others
- Authorized by the individual in writing

7. Payment Terms

- Refuse service to anyone at our discretion
- Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
Clients may terminate services in accordance with their service agreement.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or direct notification. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
