1. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you or someone else is experiencing:
- Thoughts of suicide or self-harm
- Severe mental health crisis
- Psychiatric emergency
- Immediate danger to self or others
- Medical emergency
You must contact emergency services (999 in Qatar) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
2. Our Services
Eunoia provides:
- Non-emergency mental health support and counseling
- Workplace wellbeing programs
- Training and education
- Preventive mental health services
- 24/7 helpline for non-emergency support
These services are designed for ongoing support, prevention, and early intervention, not for acute crisis management.
3. When to Seek Emergency Care
Seek immediate emergency care if you or someone else experiences:

- Self-harm behaviors
- Homicidal thoughts
- Severe psychosis

- Make medical diagnoses or prescribe medications

- Eunoia is not liable for delays in seeking emergency care
- You are responsible for seeking appropriate emergency care when needed
